Book AppointmentThe Meath Epilepsy Charity, based in Godalming, Surrey, is a specialist residential care home for 79 adults (aged 19 +) who have complex epilepsy, severe physical and learning disabilities. They also provide supported living accommodation to a further 9 adults and welcome 30 Day Centre users on site. Most people who live with epilepsy can manage their epilepsy with treatment and live independently at home. However, the additional severe learning and physical disabilities and complex and challenging healthcare needs of the people we support mean living at home is not an option for them. The people they support are some of the most vulnerable in our society; yet despite dispensing 428,000 doses of medication each year their residents had over 11,000 seizures last year.
Remembering The Meath in your will is a simple way to safeguard their services for the future. Your legacy will enable vulnerable adults to continue to live as independently as possible, to challenge themselves and fulfil their potential. In addition, it is a straightforward and tax efficient way to support our essential work.
With Kwil, you can create your own legally binding will or a couples will, with absolutely nothing to pay. All we ask is that you leave us a donation. Anything left to the charity will be exempt from Inheritance Tax and will help the charity no end.
If you'd prefer to speak to someone then you also have the option to call one of Kwil's will writing experts on 0800 061 4934, and they will be able to take you through the process over the phone and answer any questions you might have.
Not only that, but Kwil have also put together some other packages to help with your estate planning which they have reduced greatly for us. On the high street, these services would be more than double the price, and the will part is still totally free of charge - you can see these below. Start writing your will with Kwil today and know you'll have helped The Meath Epilepsy Charity.

*If you choose our telephone wills option made with one of our SRA regulated solicitors you will be required to leave at least a £100 donation to your chosen charity in your will. This does not apply to our online wills, only wills made with our solicitor.
Feel safe and secure knowing that all our legal documents are handled by our sister business Kwil Legal Services which is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority SRA no:826341.
Often, making a will isn't quite enough to ensure your estate is handled as you wish, after you've passed. Our solicitors often advise a trust to ensure your property is protected against going towards care home fees and we recommend LPAs so that should something happen that affects your health or ability to function properly, you can nominate someone you trust to look after your affairs.
